New year update....

Wow, with us now being well into the 2nd week of January, it must be time for a wildlife update! There has been plenty going on at the centre with Kereru, Pukeko, Paradise ducklings, a Mallard duckling, Turkey, Quail, Pigeons, Tui and many other community birds being cared for and released. These are the reason why the wildlife officers can be hard to get a hold of sometimes! The videos posted are of the turkeys and the quail being released to a supported living area. This video also features a number of other ducks that have been released to there over the years. There is also a vid of the ducklings splashing about at the centre. Happy new year everyone, enjoy.
